Must-have requirements

Training phases
Foundation (Week 1)

Funnel Mastery (Weeks 2-4)

Training does not stop after 8 weeks. SirenCY runs ongoing skill development sessions, reviews high-performing conversation examples across the team, and introduces new techniques as they are developed. You will continue growing your skills for as long as you work here.
A day in the life of a SirenCY chatter
Here is what a typical shift looks like for an experienced SirenCY chatter working a 5-hour evening shift.
Shift start: Handoff review (15 min)
Review notes from the previous shift. Check flagged conversations, pending custom requests, and any priority fans. Update yourself on where each conversation stands so you can pick up seamlessly.
Active chatting: Revenue conversations (3.5 hrs)
Manage 15-30 active conversations simultaneously across assigned creator accounts. Apply the appropriate funnel to each fan. Send PPV content, handle custom requests, upsell premium offerings, and maintain engagement with fans at different stages of the buyer journey.
