Contact SirenCYThe right route for creators, job seekers, partners, press and corrections
Creators who want management apply through the creator application, and people looking for work apply through the careers pages. Partners, affiliates, brands, journalists and anyone reporting an error on this site email anyro@sirency.com. Find your route in the table below, then check what to include so your message has everything it needs the first time.
Find your route
Every inquiry goes to one of three places: the creator application, the careers pages, or the email address on this page. The table shows which one fits and what to put in your message.
| If you are | Go to | Include |
|---|---|---|
| A creator who wants management: OnlyFans or Fansly, webcam, influencer or social media | Creator application | The platforms you use, links to your public profiles, what you want help with, and what you would rather keep doing yourself. |
| Looking for a job at SirenCY | Careers, chatter roles or recruiter roles | Apply on the page for the role you want. Email only with a question that page does not answer. |
| An affiliate, referral partner, photographer, studio, brand, platform, tool or agency | anyro@sirency.com and the partners page | Who you are, what you propose, and how you would disclose a paid relationship. The partners page has a checklist. |
| A journalist, researcher or podcast producer | Email, with “Press” in the subject | Your outlet, your deadline, and the questions you want answered. |
| Reporting an error on a page | Email, with “Correction” in the subject | The page address, the exact text that is wrong, and a link to the source that shows the correct position. |
| Asking about your personal information | Email, with “Privacy request” in the subject, after reading the privacy policy | Whether you want access, correction or deletion, and enough detail to find the records. Do not attach identity documents to a first email. |
| Writing about anything else | Email, with “General” in the subject | A one-line summary in the subject and the detail in the body. |
Email SirenCY
This page publishes one address for every kind of inquiry, so the subject line does the sorting. Start it with the route from the table:
- “Partnership: referral partner, [your name]”
- “Press: [outlet], deadline [date]”
- “Correction: [page address]”
- “Privacy request: access, correction or deletion”
- “General: [one-line summary]”
No reply time is promised here. If your message is time-sensitive, such as a press deadline or an error in safety information, say so in the subject line.
Report an error
SirenCY's guides are written to be checked against the sources they link, and readers are part of that check. A correction email is easiest to act on when it includes:
- The full address of the page.
- The exact sentence, figure or table cell that is wrong, copied from the page.
- What is wrong with it: out of date, inaccurate, missing important context, or a broken link.
- A link to a primary source that shows the correct position, such as the platform's own help page, the tax authority's guidance or the legislation.
- Any connection you have to the subject, for example if you work for the platform or for another agency.
Correction requests are used to find pages that need review, and substantive corrections are reflected in the page's last-modified date. The editorial policy sets out what guides may and may not say, and the methodology explains which sources they rely on.
Before you send anything sensitive
Whoever you are writing to, email is the wrong place for passwords, login codes, bank details or copies of identity documents. A first message only needs enough to start a conversation.
If someone contacts you claiming to represent SirenCY and you are unsure, do not reply to their message. Write to anyro@sirency.com from your own email account and ask. The guides to scams that target creators and agency red flags cover the warning signs in more detail.
To report a suspected scam, people in Australia can use Scamwatch's reporting page, and people in the United States can report it to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Elsewhere, contact your national consumer protection or fraud reporting service.
Business details
SirenCY is operated by an Australian private company. Its registered details, the contracting party for anything you agree with SirenCY, are in the terms of service. Email is the way to reach the team.
If a proposal, agreement or invoice names a different business, write to anyro@sirency.com before you sign or pay anything.
Privacy
Personal information you send by email is handled as described in the privacy policy, which also explains how to ask for access, correction or deletion. The terms of service cover use of the site.
If you are in Australia and a privacy complaint is not resolved, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner explains how to lodge a privacy complaint, and asks people to raise the complaint with the organization first. People in other countries can contact their local data protection authority.
Questions people ask
Does SirenCY have a phone number?
This site does not publish a phone number. Email is the public contact route, and it leaves both sides with a written record of what was asked.
How do I apply to be managed?
Use the creator application. It is open to OnlyFans and Fansly models, webcam models, influencers and social media creators. After you apply, working together starts with a conversation and goes ahead only on a written proposal or agreement that sets out the terms.
What does SirenCY charge creators?
SirenCY's agency fee is 35%. Other terms are set out in each creator's written proposal or agreement, so read that document in full before you sign. The management agency guide covers the questions to ask about any agency's fee.
Can I ask a question before I apply?
Yes. Email anyro@sirency.com with your question. You do not need to send account details or documents to ask one.
Should I email my CV for a job?
Use the careers pages instead. The chatter and recruiter pages describe those roles, and the main careers page lists every route in.
Can SirenCY comment on a particular creator?
Information about a creator is not shared publicly without their permission, so questions about a specific creator are best sent to that creator.
The limits of this page: it explains how to reach SirenCY and what to include, but it does not promise a reply time, it is not legal advice, and the terms that apply to any creator or partner are the ones in their written agreement.
