1. General information, not advice
The guides, checklists, tables, calculators, city and country pages, comparisons and every other page on sirency.com (the site) are general information only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, immigration, medical, mental-health or other professional advice, and they do not take account of your circumstances, goals or location.
Reading the site, emailing SirenCY or submitting an application does not create a lawyer-client, adviser-client, fiduciary or any other professional relationship.
Before you act on anything that affects your legal position, money, tax, safety or health, get advice from a qualified professional who is licensed where you live.
2. Information can be out of date
Laws, regulations, court decisions, tax rates and thresholds, platform terms, fees, payout rules and policies change, often without notice, and they differ between countries, states and cities.
Each guide shows when its sources were reviewed. After that date the page may no longer be accurate or complete, and SirenCY does not undertake to update any page when a law, rule or figure changes.
Where a page quotes a figure, a rule or a law, the official source it links to is the authority. If the page and the source disagree, follow the source, and check that the source itself is still current.
3. Your decisions are your responsibility
You decide whether and how to use any information on the site. Any decision you make, and what follows from it, is your responsibility.
- You are responsible for checking that what you do is lawful where you live and where your audience lives, including the rules on adult content, age verification, advertising and influencer disclosure, privacy, tax, business registration and employment.
- You are responsible for following the terms of every platform you use. A platform can change its terms, restrict an account or withhold earnings under its own rules.
- Nothing on the site encourages anyone to break a law or a platform's rules. Where a page describes a law that criminalises or restricts certain content, it does so to inform you, not to suggest a way around it.
4. No promise of any outcome
Figures, examples, scenarios, worked calculations and earnings references on the site are illustrative or come from the third-party sources cited beside them. They are not a forecast or a promise of what you will earn, how many followers or subscribers you will gain, or any other outcome, including from applying to or working with SirenCY. Outcomes depend on many factors that nobody controls.
5. Comparisons are opinion
Comparisons, rankings and “best” lists are SirenCY's opinion, formed by applying the criteria in the Methodology to what each provider published on its own pages on the date shown. They are not endorsements, and a provider may have changed since that date.
SirenCY is a management business, so it has a commercial interest in some of what it publishes. Under the Editorial Policy, comparisons that include SirenCY say that SirenCY wrote them, and any paid placement, sponsored post or affiliate link is labelled where it appears.
6. Third-party platforms, sources and links
OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, X, Reddit and the other names mentioned on the site are trademarks of their owners. SirenCY is independent of these platforms and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with them unless a page says so.
Links to other websites are there for reference. SirenCY does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices or changes.
7. SirenCY's services
Pages describing creator management explain how that kind of work generally runs. They are not an offer and do not form a contract. Working with SirenCY is governed by a separate signed agreement. Where anything on the site or in the Terms of Service differs from your signed agreement, the agreement prevails.
Applying to SirenCY, for a creator role or a job, does not oblige either side to work together.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy or consumer guarantee that legislation says cannot be excluded or limited, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability for breaching such a right can lawfully be limited, it is limited, at SirenCY's option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and everything on it are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SirenCY, its operator and their officers, employees, contractors and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss and loss of income, profit, data, account access or opportunity, arising from or connected with your use of, or reliance on, the site or any information on it, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise. This does not limit liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
9. Corrections and questions
If you think something on the site is wrong or out of date, email anyro@sirency.com with the page address and the source that shows the change. Reported errors are reviewed, but no page is promised a correction within a set time. The Editorial Policy and Methodology explain how guides are researched and checked.
10. Changes and governing law
This disclaimer forms part of the Terms of Service. SirenCY may update it by publishing a new version on this page; the effective date above shows when it last changed, and a change does not apply to anything that happened before it.
It is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If any part of it is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. How personal information is handled is covered by the Privacy Policy.
