OnlyFans Alternatives 2026: Fees, Payouts and Content Rules Compared

Fansly

Fansly is the closest like-for-like option for adult creators. Its getting started guide sets the same 80% share as OnlyFans and says there are no extra fees for payouts, processing or currency conversion; applicants verify age and identity through a third party and then upload ID photos, a photo holding a handwritten sign and a short video. Tax forms must be submitted before any withdrawal. The platform is run by Select Media LLC under terms last updated 21 July 2026. Fanvue

Fanvue, run by Shift Holdings Ltd, publishes the same standard 80/20 split and openly welcomes AI personas alongside human creators (About Fanvue). AI media must be clearly disclosed, and face-swapped content needs the real model behind it to be verified (AI content policy). Watch two details in the payout policy: balances left unclaimed for twelve months can be classed as dormant, and accounts whose chargeback rate tops 1.5% in a rolling 30 days can be charged $50 per extra dispute. Patreon

Patreon suits creators with an existing community who sell memberships, digital products and video rather than explicit content. Its Community Guidelines allow Adult/18+ works only behind the paywall, require written consent from real participants and age attestation from the creator, and do not permit works depicting sexual activity between real adults. The 10% plan for new creators includes the hosted page, memberships, one-time purchases and video hosting, with card processing charged on top (Patreon fee article). LoyalFans

LoyalFans publishes a flat 80% across live streaming, subscriptions, its video store and messaging, plus a lifetime referral payment of 5% that it funds itself (LoyalFans payouts). Its twice-monthly payout cycle and $50 threshold mean money arrives less often than on weekly schedules such as ManyVids’ (ManyVids payouts).

ManyVids

ManyVids is a clip marketplace as much as a subscription site, and its rates show it: memberships, custom videos, tips and store items pay 80%, while standard video sales, bundles and pay-to-open messages pay 60% (ManyVids commission rates). Direct deposit costs $2 in the US and $5.50 internationally per payout (payout information).

JustFor.Fans

JustFor.Fans pays 80% across the board and 85% on tips, store sales, private media and text messages for performers in its exclusive programme (JFF FAQ). Its terms, updated 1 September 2026, say fans are not offered refunds and that complaints are resolved within five days (JFF legal page).

Passes

Passes is built for mainstream creators: it prohibits all adult or pornographic content, reviews applications against criteria that vary by content type, and absorbed Fanhouse after buying it in 2023 (Passes FAQ). Its default Creators+ plan takes 20% and includes tools such as watermarking and DMCA takedowns; a creator who downgrades to Starter cannot move back for 30 days (Creators+ plan).

Fanfix

Fanfix is a safe-for-work, invite-only platform for creators aged 18 and over; applications without verified social media handles are not reviewed, and US and UK creators are paid through Stripe (Fanfix FAQs). It does not publish its commission on the public pages reviewed, so ask for it in writing before applying.

AdmireMe

AdmireMe prices and pays in pounds sterling, which suits UK-based creators: subscriptions start at £3, creators keep 80% of each subscription and resubscription, and earnings over £100 are paid automatically after each weekly pay period. It also states a concrete discovery rule: accounts that publish at least 50 standard posts are featured on its home page automatically (AdmireMe FAQs).

MYM

MYM shows its maths in full. It deducts bank charges of 7% of each transaction, then pays 75% of subscription revenue and 80% of private media, private shows and tips on the price excluding VAT; its own example turns a €100 private media sale to a US fan into €74.40 for the creator (MYM fees).

What the Fee Difference Is Worth: A Worked Example

Headline percentages hide the real differences. The table applies each platform’s published rate to the same month: $1,000 of fan payments made as 100 separate $10 payments by fans in the US, with no VAT, before payout-method fees and income tax.

The example shows why the product mix matters more than the platform’s headline rate. On ManyVids the same $1,000 is worth $200 more as custom videos than as standard clip sales, and on Patreon small, frequent payments lose more to per-transaction charges than a few large ones. Payout fees then come on top, for example $2 per US direct deposit on ManyVids.

Before You Add or Move Platforms: A Checklist

1. Read the exclusivity terms. Some platforms pay more for exclusive creators, as JustFor.Fans does, which makes posting the same content elsewhere a contract question.
2. Check the content licence you grant. OnlyFans takes a perpetual, worldwide licence to use content to operate its services (Terms of Use); compare that wording with each new platform’s terms before uploading an archive.
3. Plan how fans will follow you. Subscriptions do not transfer between platforms, and OnlyFans warns that steering fans to pay outside its platform risks deactivation (OnlyFans help). Announce new platforms through channels you control, such as social profiles and an email list.
4. Budget time for verification on each site. Onboarding usually means fresh age and identity checks; Fansly, for example, asks for a third-party check, ID photos and a video, then tax forms before the first withdrawal (Fansly).
5. Hold consent and ID records for everyone who appears in your content, in a form each platform accepts.
6. Set up payout methods that work in your country, and check the minimums and fees before your first payout.

Managing More Than One Platform
