No webcam site is best for every model. The right pick depends on whether you would rather be paid a flat value per token or a share of a per-minute price, how quickly you need money after a shift, and how precisely you need to hide your stream from your own town or country. Chaturbate, Stripchat and MyFreeCams all run on tokens with a fixed value to the model, LiveJasmin pays a level-based share of per-minute prices, and the four differ most on payout timing, fees and region blocking.
Everything below comes from each site's own model help pages and agreements as they read on 1 October 2026, and every cell in the matrix names the page it came from. We publish no earnings averages, because none of these sites publishes a verifiable one. Payout matrix: four sites, a source in every cell
Read across a row to see one site's full payout picture, or down a column to compare one term. Dollar figures are US dollars as each site states them.
| Site | How the model is paid | Payout minimum | When money is sent | Region blocking |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chaturbate | Converted tokens are worth $0.05 each, whether they came from tips, private shows, a fan club or media sales (conversion rates) | $50 on most methods and $200 for crypto or FedEx checks; you can raise your own minimum as high as $50,000 (minimums page) | Pay periods run from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to month end, with payment sent within 7 business days of the close (getting paid) | Whole countries, plus individual US states, Canadian provinces and UK regions, matched by IP address (geo-blocking help) |
| Stripchat | A flat $0.05 per token no matter which token package the viewer bought (token value) | $50 for Paxum, Cosmo Payment, Yoursafe, Bitcoin, Tether and local wires; $100 for ACH, SEPA and Visa; $500 for international wire (payment methods) | Every Tuesday for tokens earned Monday to Sunday in UTC; international wires go every second Tuesday (payout issues) | Countries, and regions inside most countries, with a warning that blocking can reduce room traffic (GEO blocking) |
| LiveJasmin | A share of the per-minute price you set, rising from 30% at Level 1 to 80% at Level 9 and resetting to Level 1 each period (level system) | A $100 payout threshold, lifted to $300 if you are paid by EUR SEPA or international wire (payout system) | Fourteen-day invoicing periods with the standard payout 25 days after each one; paying 1% or 3% gets it sooner (payout options) | Guests from up to three countries besides your own, and everyone, members included, in your home country (Model Center FAQ) |
| MyFreeCams | The site pays the model $0.05 for every token earned (model payment wiki) | $10 for Paxum, CosmoPayment and Pagomundo; $20 for ACH or a mailed check; $500 for international wire (payment methods) | Twice a month, on the 1st and the 16th, straight after each pay period closes (payment schedule) | Countries, regions or states by IP; anyone you add to your Friends list can still see you (Block Locations) |
Streamate is missing from the matrix on purpose. Its recruiting team's payment thread documents weekly earnings periods, a Tuesday cut-off for payment changes and per-method minimums from $20 for a USPS check to $240 for a bank wire, but it does not state the model's share. Until you can read that share in writing, you cannot fill in the first column, so ask for it before you register.
Token sites and per-minute sites pay on different math
On the three token sites, the number you track is tokens. What a viewer paid for those tokens does not change your value per token. Chaturbate's token purchase page says wire-transfer buyers are credited at $0.08 a token, while the broadcaster converts each one at $0.05, and the MyFreeCams package table shows the viewer's price per token falling as packages get larger while the model's value stays fixed. Price your tip menu and private rate in tokens, then convert at your site's model rate, never at the viewer's price.
LiveJasmin works the other way around. You set a per-minute price in credits, and the payout FAQ says one credit is roughly worth one US dollar and that, outside a promotion period or newbie status, the lowest price you can set is 2.49. Your cut of that price depends on your level for the period, so the same minute can pay you differently on the 2nd of a period than on the 13th. The level page tops its share table at 80% yet ends with a line promising up to 100%; treat the table as the working figure and ask support which incomes the 100% line refers to.
If token math is new to you, our Chaturbate token calculator converts token counts into payouts and shows how many tokens each minimum needs. For a two-way breakdown of the token-against-minutes choice, see Stripchat vs LiveJasmin for models.
Timing: when the money reaches your account
Cash flow is where these sites feel most different. Stripchat and MyFreeCams send money soon after each period ends. LiveJasmin's standard payout arrives 25 days after a 14-day period, so your first standard payment lands well over a month after your first shift unless you pay for Fast or Instant payout, and the same page says Instant payout needs $300 or more in two consecutive periods before an individual model can use it.
Chaturbate adds a step the others do not: tokens sit in your balance until you convert them in Token Stats, and converting does not send money by itself. The conversion article sets the cut-off at midnight Mountain Time on the last day of each period. Daily payouts exist, but the daily payout page limits them to US broadcasters with two normal payouts behind them and international broadcasters with four, and it charges $3.95 per day used.
Chaturbate's own pages also disagree about delivery. The getting-paid guide says payments leave within 7 business days of a period ending, while the token-to-cash article says 7 days. A mailed check inside the US is quoted at 2 to 5 business days in the getting-paid table, 1 to 2 weeks on the check payments page and 2 to 7 business days in the delivery-times article. Plan around the slowest figure for your method until you have seen two payouts arrive.
Fees taken before the money lands
The headline rate is not what reaches your bank. On Chaturbate the fee depends on the method: its payment options table lists $0.50 for Paxum, $1.00 for CosmoPayment, $8.95 for SEPA or Canada EFT, nothing for ACH or a USPS check, and $45 for Bitcoin or Ethereum. Stripchat's getting paid page says all payout methods are free for models and studios. LiveJasmin's payment methods section charges per method, from €/$0.75 per Paxum transfer to 3.8% for crypto, and the MyFreeCams payment wiki lists a $15 charge on international wires with its other methods free.
Your own wallet or bank may charge again when you withdraw, which none of these pages can tell you. Our webcam model income worksheet has a line for each deduction so you can compare sites on what you keep rather than on the rate.
Region blocking is not equal across sites
If you need to stay invisible to one city or state, region blocking may decide the shortlist before money does. Chaturbate, Stripchat and MyFreeCams let you block below country level. LiveJasmin's country ban setting blocks everyone in your home country but only guests elsewhere, and only in up to three other countries, so a registered member abroad can still find you. Every site that explains how blocking works ties it to IP address, and Chaturbate's Settings & Privacy guide warns that IP location is not fully accurate and can be bypassed.
Blocking is one control among several. Recording defaults, country flags and syndication to partner sites matter as much, and they are set differently on each site. Our webcam model safety and privacy checklist covers those settings site by site.
Site-selection checklist
Work through these in order. A site that fails an early check is off the list, however good its rate looks.
- Decide whether you want to be paid per token or per minute, and whether you are comfortable with a share that resets every period.
- List the regions you must block, then confirm each site can block them at the level you need, down to state or province if necessary.
- Open each site's payout settings in your country: Stripchat shows only the methods available where you live, and LiveJasmin lists methods by region.
- Write down the lowest minimum for the method you will actually use, not the lowest minimum the site offers.
- Count the weeks between your first shift and your first expected payment, including any period you must finish first.
- Note every fee between your balance and your bank, including your wallet's withdrawal charge.
- Check who can receive the money: Stripchat pays the Account Holder on independent accounts, and LiveJasmin will not pay to someone else's details.
- Read the rules on mentioning other sites before you plan any cross-promotion, because several of these sites ban it.
- Check how the site treats recordings of your shows and whether you can switch that off.
- Save a dated copy of each page you relied on, so you can spot changes later.
Narrowed it to two? The head-to-head guides go further: Chaturbate vs Stripchat for models includes a two-site test plan you can run with your own numbers.
New-model promotions and first impressions
Three of the four sites give new accounts extra visibility for a limited window, so the day you start matters. Chaturbate's NEW tag covers your first 80 hours of streaming and expires 30 days after your first stream. Stripchat's new model promotion also runs to 80 streaming hours or 30 days, whichever comes first. LiveJasmin's promotion period ends after 20 hours in free chat or 10 hours in private sessions, and the $0.98 promotional price cannot be restored once it ends.
None of these windows promises earnings. They are a reason to finish your equipment, payout details and privacy settings before your first broadcast rather than after it.
Limits of this comparison
This matrix covers four sites whose model terms we could read in full on 1 October 2026; other sites may suit you better and are not ranked here. Rates, minimums and fees change, help pages contradict one another, and some details only appear inside a model account after approval. Payout methods and limits also differ by country. Nothing here is tax or legal advice, and none of it predicts what you will earn, which depends on hours, pricing and audience. Check the live pages, and your account settings, before you commit.
