Where a new creator can and cannot link a page
With no audience, it is tempting to post everywhere at once. That is the fastest way to lose new accounts, because each platform treats adult-adjacent links differently. In short: Reddit permits self-promotion only where a community's rules allow it and asks for sexually explicit posts to be labelled; Meta's solicitation policy keeps posts that contain usernames, links or logos of adult subscription sites visible to adults only on Instagram, Threads and Facebook; and YouTube does not allow links to pornography at all. Collaborations and paid shoutouts: the shortcut and its risks
Borrowing someone else's audience is the closest thing to a shortcut a new creator has. OnlyFans describes three ways to collaborate on the platform: create content together and tag each other, sell the content as a shared pay-per-view message and split the earnings, or co-stream. Two conditions come first. Anyone appearing with you must be identified: verified OnlyFans creators are tagged, and anyone else receives a verification link and must complete ID checks and accept OnlyFans' terms before the post goes live. And live streaming, including co-streams, is only switched on once a creator has a history of good content and engagement, so a brand-new page usually starts with tagged posts or shared PPV.

- It must be disclosed. The FTC's influencer disclosure guidance expects a clear label such as “ad” in the post itself when money changes hands, and OnlyFans asks for paid promotional captions to carry a label such as #ad and the name of who paid.
