To contact OnlyFans support as a creator, use the contact form at onlyfans.com/contact or email support@onlyfans.com. Those are the two routes OnlyFans' customer support help article gives, and it lists no phone line. Pick the form subject that matches your problem, include your @username and the URL of anything involved, and use the specialist routes where they exist: payments@onlyfans.com for processed payouts that never arrived, the Deactivation Appeal Form for removed content or a deactivated account, and the Report button for posts or accounts that break the rules.
Choosing the wrong route is an avoidable delay, because some processes accept only one channel. This guide maps each creator problem to its route, then covers what to attach, what never to send, and how to keep a record. Step-by-step fixes for specific problems live in their own guides, which the routing table links to.
Every official route and what it handles
| Route | Use it for | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Contact form at onlyfans.com/contact | General creator support, starting with a subject chosen from its drop-down list | Contact page |
| support@onlyfans.com | The general queue by email, also named for suspended payouts, lost two-step phones and withdrawing consent | Payout suspensions |
| payments@onlyfans.com | A payout processed more than 10 days ago that hasn't arrived, with a bank statement attached | Payment delays |
| Deactivation Appeal Form at onlyfans.com/appeal | The only way to appeal removed content, a deactivated account, a final warning or restricted features | Appeals Policy |
| Report, via the three dots on a post, message or account | Flagging a fan or creator who is breaking OnlyFans' rules, with a reason | Reporting article |
| DMCA notice | Your content posted on OnlyFans by another creator without permission | Copyright protection page |
| Letter to Fenix International Limited, 9th Floor, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN | A written complaint under the Complaints Policy, if you prefer post | Complaints Policy |
| status.onlyfans.com | Checking for an outage in login, messages, live streams or transactions before you write in | Status page |
The status page also points its support link at the tickets area inside your account (onlyfans.com/my/tickets), so check there for replies while you are logged in.
Issue-to-category routing table
When this guide was checked on 1 October 2026, the logged-out contact form offered these subjects: Creator Suggestions and Feedback; I think someone else has accessed my account; Registration and Verification; Profile Access; Credit Card Payments; Payouts; Cancel my payout request; Technical Questions; Law Enforcement / Legal Matter; Report Violations of OnlyFans Terms of Service; Non-Consensual Intimate Image; Consent Withdrawal Request; and Other. The list can change, and may differ once you are logged in, so match on meaning rather than exact wording.
| Your issue | Route and subject | Detailed guide |
|---|---|---|
| A processed payout hasn't reached your bank | payments@onlyfans.com once the delay window has passed; Payouts on the form | Payout problems checklist |
| A payout request was rejected, or payouts are switched off | support@onlyfans.com, or the Payouts subject | Rejected payout fixes |
| A pending payout is going to the wrong account | Cancel my payout request | Change your banking only after the request is cancelled |
| Your creator application or ID check is stuck | Registration and Verification | OnlyFans verification process |
| You can't log in, or lost the phone that receives your codes | Profile Access, or support@onlyfans.com with your @username and sign-up email | Locked-out recovery table |
| Someone else got into your account | I think someone else has accessed my account | Hacked account recovery steps |
| A post was removed or your account was deactivated | The Deactivation Appeal Form, not the contact form | Why posts get rejected or the restricted account appeal checklist |
| Your content is reposted on another website | Reporting Stolen Content, which OnlyFans' help article names; look for it when logged in, as it wasn't in the logged-out list | Takedown evidence pack |
| Intimate content of you shared without your consent | Non-Consensual Intimate Image, or Law Enforcement / Legal Matter | Leaked content response plan |
| A collaborator wants a shared post taken down | Consent Withdrawal Request | Release forms and tagging |
| A fan or creator is harassing you or breaking the rules | Report button first, then Report Violations of OnlyFans Terms of Service | Restrict or block the user while the report is reviewed |
| An account is pretending to be you | Report the account, then Report Violations of OnlyFans Terms of Service | Impersonation report workflow |
| A feature isn't working | Check the status page, then Technical Questions | Note your device, browser or app version |
| An idea for a new creator tool | Creator Suggestions and Feedback | No reply is needed for this one |
The stolen-content wording comes from OnlyFans' article on reporting leaked or stolen content. Its copyright protection page sends people who appear in another creator's content without permission to a Law Enforcement/Legal Matters option. When a named subject is missing from your list, choose the closest one and state the issue in the first line of your message.
What to put in every ticket
- Your @username, plus the email address you signed up with if you can't log in. OnlyFans' article on losing access to your phone number asks for both.
- The exact URL of every post, message or profile involved. The Complaints Policy warns that a complaint missing important information, including relevant URLs, may not be properly considered.
- Dates and times, with your time zone written out.
- Screenshots of any notice, with the stated reason visible.
- A sentence or two on what you have already tried.
- The outcome you want: a payout traced, access restored, content reinstated or content removed.
- If you are reporting suspected illegal content and want to hear the result, say so, because the Complaints Policy asks you to state that when you submit.
Keep to one issue per ticket. A payout question and a removed post belong to different processes, and mixing them makes both slower to resolve.
What never to send
- Your password. None of OnlyFans' account access help articles asks you to email it, so a request for it is a warning sign.
- Two-step or backup codes. The OnlyFans interface text describes backup codes as single-use fallbacks for when you can't reach your authenticator app, which makes any code you share a working key to your account.
- ID photos as email attachments. The Creator Center describes ID being uploaded through the verification steps inside your account. If an email asks for your ID, open onlyfans.com yourself and look for a genuine request in your account instead of replying with files.
- Full bank or card numbers. The last four digits are enough to identify which account you mean.
- Original content files to prove ownership. The stolen-content article asks for your name, address, contact details, a description and the URL, not the media itself.
- Money to anyone promising faster help. The Australian Cyber Security Centre warns that third-party offers to recover lost money are a common scam tactic, and paid unbanning or recovery offers work the same way.
The support addresses in OnlyFans' help articles, support@onlyfans.com and payments@onlyfans.com, both sit on the onlyfans.com domain. Treat replies from other domains, or social media accounts claiming to be support, with suspicion, and answer through the contact form or a fresh email you write yourself.
When the Complaints Policy applies, and when the Appeals Policy does
The Complaints Policy covers complaints about how OnlyFans enforces its Terms of Service, content that may be illegal or in breach of those terms, and compliance with applicable laws. It excludes moderation decisions and copyright, which have their own processes. You can complain through the contact form, the Report function, support@onlyfans.com or a letter. The policy says OnlyFans aims to review and action complaints within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, doesn't tell the reported person who complained except where strictly necessary, and may terminate the account of a user who makes abusive or unfounded complaints.
Moderation decisions go to the Appeals Policy instead, which says the Deactivation Appeal Form is the only way to appeal a decision to suspend or deactivate an account or content, issue a final warning, restrict features such as livestreaming, or limit monetisation, and that appeals should be filed within six months. Irreversible decisions, such as ending a livestream, can't be appealed. Note the conflict here: removal notices in the interface text tell creators to appeal within 30 days, so file inside that shorter window.
The Complaints Policy also names OnlyFans' regulators: Ofcom and the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, and the eSafety Commissioner in Australia. Users in the EU or EEA can complain to the Digital Services Coordinator in their country, and the policy says UK users can bring a breach of contract claim over how content or accounts are taken down. If you are heading that way, get independent legal advice first.

Keep a ticket log
A simple log stops you sending duplicate tickets and gives you a timeline if a complaint or appeal follows. Copy these columns into a spreadsheet or notes app:
| Column | What to record | Example entry |
|---|---|---|
| Sent | Date and time, with your time zone | 2 October, 9.15am AEST |
| Route | Form subject, inbox or appeal form used | Contact form, Payouts subject |
| Issue | One line naming the single problem in this ticket | Request from 28 September came back with a rejection reason |
| Attached | Every screenshot, statement or URL you sent | Payout Requests screenshot and the reason text |
| Reference | Ticket number or email thread subject | Thread titled “Payouts, @username” |
| Reply | What OnlyFans said, quoted rather than summarised | Asked to update receiving details and request again |
| Next step | Your action and the date you will check again | Request again after the update, then check on 6 October |
Limits of this guide
This guide reflects OnlyFans' contact page, help articles and policies as they appeared on 1 October 2026, and its limits follow from that. Form subjects, inboxes and stated review times can change without notice, the help articles checked for this guide give no response time for ordinary support tickets, and a correct route doesn't decide the outcome. Nothing here is legal advice; for a regulatory complaint or a breach of contract claim, talk to a lawyer in your country.
